FAQ: My Plan Calendar
The “My Plan” area is your ongoing meal plan in calendar format. It allows you to add recipes, ingredients, and foods to specific days and meals in a calendar format. You can use it to plan out what you will eat for days, weeks, or months at a time. You can access it using the calendar icon in the main menu.
The calendar allows you to add recipes from your recipes area, manual entries directly to the calendar, or ingredients and foods from our built-in food database. So you can add popular packaged foods, fast food items, single food items, or full recipes to your plan.
Your collection of premade or purchased meal plans is located in the recipes and plans tab (chef’s hat icon) in the main menu. Once you are in the Recipes and Plans area, go to the meal plans tab and apply the meal you wish to use starting on the date you wish to start.
We are currently working on the Meal Plan Store for MyFoodPlanet. This is where you will soon find meal plans from various authors including MyFoodPlanet, 90/10 Nutrition, and others from across the web. Stay tuned for the launch.
