FAQ: Recipes and Plans
Yes! You can import recipes from your favorite websites using the url as long as the format of the recipes follows the normal formats. Some websites may use non standard formats and won’t be readable by our import feature. In that case, you can copy and paste the recipe into the application. Yes. You can manually enter recipes. You can either type in the ingredients, or you can copy and paste them into bulk fields if you have it in an electronic format. You can find step by step instructions on our Getting Started Series here.
Yes. All of the recipes from 9010nutrition.com are preloaded into MyFoodPlanet. They are available in your account when you are in 90/10 mode. You can switch to 90/10 mode in the dashboard or the food diary views. When you are in 90/10 mode, you will see the 90/10 recipes as a tab option in the Recipes and Plans page.
Also, there is an extensive recipe database. The recipes from the database are not preloaded into your account. You can search the database and then load recipes into your account that you want to use. You can find the recipe database tab in the Recipes and Plans view (Galaxy level feature).
We are currently working on the Meal Plan Store for MyFoodPlanet. This is where you will soon find meal plans from various authors including MyFoodPlanet, 90/10 Nutrition, and others from across the web. Stay tuned for the launch.
