FAQ: Shopping List Generator

The shopping list is generated from your meal plan. So, if you want something to be on your shopping list, you need to add it to your plan. If the item is on your calendar, just go to the shopping list generator (shopping cart icon) and choose the calendar dates and click to generate your list.

Yes! Once you have generated your shopping list from a range of dates, you can edit the items and add other items to the list.

Once you have generated a shopping list, you’ll see an Instacart button at the bottom of the list. Just click the button and the system will upload your list to Instacart. Then, you can modify and finalize your Instacart order.

If you want to take your shopping list to the store, you have two simple options. First, you can print your list on paper and take it with you. Or, second, you can email the list to yourself and then open it on your mobile device while you are at the store.
